Tsunami-Hit City to Receive Grant to Restore Historic Buildings
The World Monuments Fund said on Thursday that it will give $250,000 to rebuild seven historic buildings in the coastal city of Kesennuma, which was devastated by a tsunami that hit northeastern Japan almost two years ago.
