Annabelle Selldorf

Annabelle Selldorf is the Principal of Selldorf Architects, which she founded in New York City in 1988. Cultural and institutional clients include The Frick Collection, The Clark Art Institute, Neue Galerie New York, Brown University, and the Sunset Park Material Recovery Facility on the Brooklyn waterfront. In addition, the firm has designed numerous galleries for David Zwirner and Hauser & Wirth among others, along with exhibitions for Gagosian, the Whitney Museum and the Venice Art Biennale. Selldorf received architectural degrees from Pratt Institute and Syracuse University. She serves on the boards of the Architectural League of New York, the Chinati Foundation, and the CCS Bard. In 2016 she received the Gold Medal of the New York City Chapter of the AIA.
