Norma Barbacci

Program Director for Latin America, Spain, and Portugal

Norma Barbacci joined WMF in 2001 and serves as Director of Programs for Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. Ms. Barbacci received her B.A. in architecture from Carnegie Mellon University, where she was awarded the AIA School Medal and Certificate from the Adams Fund for Excellence in the Study of Architecture. She received her M.S. in historic preservation from Columbia University, where she was awarded the Historic Preservation Thesis Award for her study of the adaptive reuse of a medieval residential complex in Civita di Bagnoregio, Italy. Ms. Barbacci is a registered architect in the State of New York. Before joining WMF, Ms. Barbacci worked as a preservation architect at Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Planners.
