Irreplaceable: WMF's 60th Anniversary Book Tour
World Monuments Fund is thrilled to announce the official book tour for Irreplaceable: 60 of Humanity’s Most Treasured Places, our new publication celebrating WMF’s 60 years of safeguarding irreplaceable heritage.
Irreplaceable tells the story of 60 iconic heritage sites safeguarded by WMF through extraordinary photography and essays by leading voices including André Aciman, Andrew Solomon, and Brinda Somaya.
The Irreplaceable book tour brings readers closer to the breathtaking heritage sites and essential preservation work detailed in the book. Events will feature conversations with WMF staff and Q&A sessions about both the book’s creation and the conservation of the historic places, from Angkor Wat to Teotihuacan, featured.
Books will be available for purchase.
