WMF Peru invites you to join us on a special journey through Amazonas, Peru from October 8 to 13, 2026, and discover our work in Kuélap.

The journey begins in Chachapoyas, Amazonas’ capital, with a visit to the town of Huancas and its extraordinary artisanal traditions. We will then travel to La Jalca to visit its unique church, followed by Ollape and Leymebamba, where we will learn about the region’s renowned mummies. The itinerary also includes visits to Revash, Silic, Karajía, and Levanto.

At Kuélap, we will visit the Visitor Center, where WMF Peru is leading refurbishment and interpretation efforts, as well as the Malcapampa sector, where a conservation project will focus on restoring its portal, facilitating its integration into Kuélap’s visitor circuit.
