Travelers will visit current and past WMF projects in Shanghai and Beijing, culminating in the celebration of the completion of WMF’s work at the Qianlong Garden in the Palace Museum.
Key trip activities include:
- Special access to sites like the Yungang Buddhist Grottoes, the Palace Museum, and monuments along the Beijing Central Axis.
- Visits to Dong villages in Guizhou province to experience their cultural heritage, including demonstrations of textile dying and weaving, music, and cuisine.
- Dinner cruise on the Hunagpu River in Shanghai.
- Walking tour of Shanghai's historic French Concession and the newly renovated waterfront along the Yangpu Riverside District.
