International Council members have the opportunity to visit select World Monuments Fund projects while traveling independently. Site visit requests are subject to availability and may incur logistical fees. Find our latest selection of site visits below.

2026-2027 Site Visits
Cambodia
WMF can arrange special access with local guides to sites within the Angkor Archaeological Park, including Angkor Wat and Phnom Bakheng.
France
Enjoy special access to Parisian sites such as the Chancellerie d’Orléans, the Church of Saint Eustache, and the Sorbonne.
India
WMF can arrange site visits to buildings associated with the Musi Heritage Revitalization Project in Hyderabad, Afghan War Memorial Church in Mumbai, and a number of historic water systems throughout India.
Italy
Members can enjoy exclusive site visits and arrange top guides to the Poldi Pezzoli in Milan, along with Forum Boarium and the Palatine Hill in Rome.
Peru
Members have the opportunity for an exclusive tour of the MALI Museum in Lima and can arrange guided visits to Kuélap. At least one month’s notice is required in order to ensure availability.
Portugal
WMF can arrange guides in Lisbon who can provide tours of WMF sites such as the Tower of Belém, Jerónimos Cloister and Church, and the Alcântara and Rocha do Conde d’Óbidos Maritime Stations.
Spain
WMF can arrange partner guides to provide special tours of the Alhambra in Granada and Güell Pavilions and Garden in Barcelona.
United Kingdom
International Council members may have VIP access to St. Paul’s Cathedrals and sites managed by Historic Royal Palaces which includes the Tower of London and Kensington Palace.
Vatican City
WMF can arrange special access opportunities related to the Loggia of Raphael in the Vatican's Apostolic Palace. At least one month’s notice is required in order to ensure availability.
