Documentation of Ishtar Gate, Babylon

With support from WMF and the Iraq State Board of Antiquities and Heritage, a team of four engineers is performing the first comprehensive documentation of Babylon’s historic Ishtar Gate. This video presents a brief history of the gate and early site excavations, as well as an overview of the training and projects of the Babylon Documentation Work Group.
