Emma Sweeney

Projects Manager, WMF Britain

 

Emma Sweeney joined World Monuments Fund Britain in 2020 as Events and Membership Manager (Maternity Cover) before securing her current role as Projects Manager in 2021. Prior to joining WMF, she worked in heritage and museum operations at the Fashion and Textile Museum, London, and the National Trust for Scotland. She holds an MA in Arts, Festival and Cultural Management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, alongside an MLitt and undergraduate degree, both in Art History from the University of Glasgow. Emma is currently completing a two-year Historic Environment Advice Assistant (HEAA) apprenticeship developed by Historic England and accredited by the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (CIfA).
